I loved the update alerts through text as well as the great customer service.when I arrived to pick up my car they were friendly and a guy walked me around and explained once again what was done to my car. I was very pleased and would recommend to everyone.

My appointment was for 3:o’clock I arrived late and was was told I had to reschedule. I suggested waiting until everyone was done and take last. I was told that was unacceptable and that I definitely had to reschedule. I refused and left car and keys on counter and walked out. While sitting in parking lot adjuster cam out and service car. Very unprofessional. Because of this unfortunate experience I will not consider recommending any of my friends nor family to this shop. I’m now in the process changing from NATION WIDE to your competitor,STATEFARM.
