The moulding isn’t entirely flush and there’s some warbling on the fender. Good enough for an old car but not pristine.

Not a single thing about my repair was okay. It was kept 3 times as long as they said, my car isn’t even completely fixed, and my car door isn’t put on correctly

Worst service ever. Insurance company had me pick up the vehicle, unfinished due to lack of parts, because it was drivable. It should never have been inducted into repair without all parts. The sad thing is...I was told at least 3 times the vehicle would be ready, only to find out it wasn't.

I absolutely love mr joe and his staff.they went above and beyond first to find out where my car was because the tow truck driver put my car somewhere else when it was suppose to be at Lindsey collision 3 days i believe we did not no where my car was thanks mr joe and your crew. I have found several issues with my car upon completion. The proper tools were not used to pull the door panel off so there are several scrapes and marks from that, the clips and a bolt were not put back in the bottom of the door panel and they are missing, the side mirror was listed as fixed, however it is in the same condition as when it was dropped off for repair. The fender is not even lining up properly. I am very disappointed in the work that was done with my vehicle. I had a rental for a long time for this work to be completed. Having an infant and a toddler and being stuck with a crappy rental car while my car was only half **** repaired is not something I am happy about!

The staff is very courteous and professional, and I also appreciate it that Enterprise Rent-A-Car was on the premises. Also the expedited the process for getting my car repaired and I do appreciate that.

I wish I can give them negative Zero star rating. As I walked in there was no type of greeting or any positive sense of customer service. I was the only customer in there and the two girls in the front looked like they just hated their job. I thought that this establishment was professional, but I was so wrong! I dropped off my car at Lindsey Collision Center Woodbridge VA to get work done and they promised me that my car would be ready in 24 days. After 25 days, I called them to see what time I should come to pick up my car and they said that it was not ready and I should call them again the next day. I called them everyday after that day and they kept promising me that my car would be fixed next day. I finally get the pick up date my car after 37 days dropping it off! When I went there to pick up my car I found three different colors on my car. On top of that the finishing of their job is very poor like anyone can guess my car had collusion body jobs done.That's outrageous and so unprofessional. They are so dishonest that they don’t wanna accept their faults and tried to handover the car with unmatched paint and rough finished . They not even clean the car inside whatever mess they made it. everything else just looks cheaply done. In conclusion, I do not recommend this establishment at all! I have already told all my fellow colleges in DC and VA to avoid this shop and I want to tell you too to save yourself money, and time and take your service somewhere else.
