Great job very happy with my repairs

I would like to truly apologize for my big mouth and actions on Friday.....I went home and thought about it and it was totally my fault...I never had an accident before and never thought about looking in the front....there was a school bus in front of me and the car must of swiped it somehow.....please accept my apology....my husband and I will be bringing the car back on Tuesday at 730am to fix by the way....my car looks really good.....really nice job!

Thank you for the daily reports I received about the status of my vehicle. You kept us informed , which was very comforting at such a bad time. Your staff is very professional and empathetic. My only complaint, and I mentioned it while in your office, is that you need to fix your email updates to your customers. While I'm sure they appreciate the updates and status of their vehicles, it is important to provide accurate information. I would rather have no updates than incorrect updates. I was emailed a few updates advising that our vehicle would ready Nov. 13th. On Nov.13 when I called to pick up the vehicle, I was told the vehicle would not be ready for a few more days. Disappointing when told all along it would be ready, When in fact it wasn't. Had the updates told us all along it would have been ready Nov 17th, we would not be disappointed. But to misinform us for three weeks is just not right. Other than that (easy fix) all was good, providing we have no issues with the vehicle. It was less of a disappointment for me than it was for my mother, who's vehicle it is.

The communication was excellent!

Extremely happy with the bodywork however I just noticed tonight that the door panel was put back with broken clips and the molding around the driver side window does not look even I am not upset however I will get in touch when I can bring the vehicle back in but all in all very satisfied
