The work that was done on my car was wonderful. However, I had a lot of stuff in my trunk, I'm an early childhood music teacher. I told that to the girls when I dropped off my car and they told me that it would be put in boxes in my back seat. Great! Then I was called and told to clean out my car, that there was too much stuff....so I did. When I was finished, I was told by the gentleman who looked and said that it was ok and if, not he would 'throw' the rest onto my back seat. And that's exactly what happened. It was not in boxes as I was originally told but literally 'thrown' in my back seat. Why wasn't I given the respect and treatment of other clients? It was very disturbing to me.

My only issue was that the center cap on my vehicle was not put on properly, none of the lug bolts were aligned with the holes. My husband corrected it, but if I was a woman alone I would not know this.

I should've checked car b4 I left & you should've chked it b4 you took it from Honda. Based on what doesn't work plus a side issue, it's my perception that you wanted to get car off premise b4 long weekend so no additional charges incurred for rental! I have left you voicemail messages re: my issues which follow:
Tailgate cannot be opened via driverside release or handle release on handle of tailgate. Can only be opened via Fob on ignition key, although it can be closed via door & tailgate buttons. Glass cannot be released by button under license frame, period!
Got tank filled after leaving your shop on 7/3; when I got in it after turning in rental, there was a strong odor of gas fumes in car. When I got home, I chked outside of car at fill cap for overflow by attendant on side of car, but it was clean. Needless to say, I'M PISSED! Called Honda, spoke with a "Tom" in service dpt., told him they had just charged U over 600 for a repair that wasn't & what were they going to do to rectify it. Asked to bring car in on Tuesday because tech that worked on it off Monday. I need to hear from "Bill" on Monday, 7/7, to review corrective actions needed to eleminate gas fume issue & need to be available to come to Honda on Tuesday while I'm there so there is no "who shot John" on their part re: their alleged repair & release to Coury's to return to me.
You need to verify the gas fume problem. Didn't exist after accident or entire ride home up to & including delivery to you for repair. Appraisal/Claim # 2014-306945-****-FS82839/RO# 5329.
