By far the best customer service I have ever experienced at an auto body shop.the car rental pick up and drop off was superior to any experience I’ve ever had. I took my sons to Ozzie’s last month and didn’t get half the customer service that I got here.Will recommend everyone I know to Ace. In this day and age of poor customer service Ace stands above everyone. Keep up the great work!!

They did a fantastic job! They were very professional and efficient. They went above and beyond my expectations. They even cleaned my car off from it haveing dirt on it after it was sitting in the parking lot. Overall, very happy with the end result and I’m so happy to have my car back and in beautiful condition again!

We keep getting txt alerts saying the vehicle is ready but it wasn't which wasted our time. And we still don't have the vehicle yet we got txt alerts saying we picked it up and this survey as if it was complete. We have yet to even see the vehicle.

My husband was slightly annoyed to find his radio station presets scrambled and all his mirrors, etc. moved (I, however, was amused.) The repair work is excellent.
