I appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of your staff. Additionally,
they took extra care to ensure my car's paint job matched perfectly. I also appreciated the "one stop" model- adjuster, rental car, repairs all in one stop. I also liked the text updates. Especially the "your Toyota is happy here- we are taking great care of it text. :) That made me smile. I appreciated all of the communication and the personal attention. I wasn't just a number or just another policy holder.
