From the second I walked in the staff was incredibly friendly. Debbie did a wonderful job at explaining the repair process as did the gentleman helping with the estimate. My car was fixed in less than a week and it looks beautiful again. Thank you so much for such an easy stress free process.

The text update service was nice, but the estimated completion date, May 17th, was way off from when it was actually done on the 5th. Not a big deal, but if it were one day later I would have been out of town for a week with the rental parked at the airport.

I was told the job was finished and trusted this to be true. There was a very obvious problem that was not addressed. This problem would have been fixed if there was any pride in attention to detail. As a customer, it was obvious that ACE was more concerned about saving a dollar by replacing with the cheapest parts than doing the job right. I feel like I was taken advantage of and the hopes were that I would settle for junk because my car was old and junky.

Everyone at Auto Collision Experts was incredible! Kind, courteous and professional. I had never been in a accident and was really worried about the whole process but they put me at ease. The initial meeting took 20 minutes, they took my car, and the rental showed up. I had constant updates on my car and it was done beautifully and quickly. I was and am thoroughly impressed.
