Once again, you have done an incredible job. The staff is so amazing and goes above and beyond in customer service and quality of work done. Additionally, I was cutting it very close to closing time and had not filled my rental car up. Randy told me he was happy to wait and was kind and smiled when I returned about 10 minutes after closing. On the day I dropped my car off a customer showed up hours before their appointment and threw all the subsequent appointments off. The staff was going out of their way to apologize for my wait even though it wasn't their fault. I would recommend ACE to everyone for a fantastic experience start to finish. Thank you for another job well done and for treating me and my car so well.

Randy and his team? Consummate professionals! At no time during the month they worked on my vehicle did I feel so much as a twinge of concern. Keys to a brand new car would not have been as satisfying. I wanted my car back the way it was before my accident and not only did they give me that, they did it better. Everything I opened: better. Everywhere I looked: better. Getting it back on the road: better. I could not be more thankful for what has been the most seamless auto body experience in my 40+ years of driving.

Sadly,for me, I've had more than one occasion to use ACE. I'm conflicted because I need the services (boo) but delighted I have such a terrific place to go. Randy and his fantastic staff - both upfront and behind the scenes - do such an excellent job from the welcome at the door to the wave goodbye that I can't sing their praises enough. ACE is always on the tip of my tongue when I know someone needing repairs. Thank you

Randy was nice and accommodating. I however had an issue with text notifications not working as they should. I notified Geico of this issue as this is who they said was responsible for these notifications. I did not appreciate the Geico rep telling me that she was graded on my review. I should not be told that the review will be considered failed if it is not excellent. Saying that will automatically fail the review in my mind because I should not to feel guilty for giving a less-than-perfect review if it is warranted. As of right now the repair looks to be good and I do not have any issues with that side of it.
