I find the text message alerts useless and unnecessary. I received a text with an estimated completion time, but upon arrival not only was the car not ready, but the staff could not tell me if it would be ready by close of business.
I drove 45 minutes to get there, and 45 minutes back home. I lost ****.5 hours. Also, I did not receive any instruction to ignore the text alert. But frankly, if the text is to be ignored, please don't send a text at all.

Im aweful with names, so i dont remember specifically who helped me, but their was a lady and two gentleman that helped me when i dropped off my car to get fixed. Everyone was very professional and made me feel comfortable. I would come back to ACE if i ever need more work done to my car!
