I was very impressed with the level of service. The assessment of the damage and what was needed for repair was done quickly. The work was done in a very timely fashion and I was kept informed of the progress throughout the process. The job was doine on time and the results are excellent. I would recommend ACE to anyone who need their car body repaired.

Although they did a great job on the exterior look on my car, I don't believe they did all they could to make sure my car was running like before. They gave me my car back with a dead battery so within a few days of getting my car back it wouldn't start. This battery wasn't dead previous and likely water was spilled out during the wreck and/or machines to fix it were run off the battery weakening it. There is also a rattling underneath that was not there previous and nothing was mentioned or assessed. I would not recommend ACE to anyone nor return. After spending over 6 grand on these repairs, one would think that a little more attention to making sure the car would run, and that if there were rattling sounds they would be addressed and assessed, would be priorities.

You guys did a great job and fixed another minor factory paint problem as well. I will definitely recommend you guys for automotive repairs.

We were quoted 3 days for the repairs. I dropped my vehicle off on 4/7 and didn't get it back until 4/19. When we were told it was going to take longer my husband asked if the scuff on the front driver bumper could be repaired and we were told yes. When I picked up the car I was told that an OEM bumper was put on instead of a factory bumper and the front scuff was not repaired. I was then informed that a loaner van was available but never offered even though we stressed the inconvenience of not having our van on the multiple occasions we contacted you. We will be contacting geico and telling them that your company should no longer be used as a provider.
