This was a very different and pleasant experience I had with Kelly Collison. Thanks to Jeff (my advisor) for his excellent customer service it was appreciated and very reassuring. I love the fact that Kelly have the courtesy to update the customer of their vehicle everyday. Hopefully, I will not have anyone else hitting my car or getting in an accident. If this does hapoen (Godforbid) I will definitely be returning to Kellyfir repairs/service to my vehicle. Cherry Berry (my edge name) is looking good again.

I loved the service at Kelly's collision center upon entry into the office I was greeted by the receptionist and other employees walking by. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I dealt mainly with Jeff who was totally awesome explained everything in detail regarding the process of getting my car serviced. Brittney the receptionist was very sweet professional and even Lisa who worked for enterprise was great.
