The car seemed to be fixed properly but the customer service was very poor! When I picked up my car, I had to wait at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone came to help me. The woman who finally helped had a very poor attitude and handed me a sheet of paper and a pen without saying a word. I figured it needed to be signed, but it would have been nice for her to explain what it was that I was signing. Lastly, when I went to drive off the lot, I realized that the gas gage was below E. I literally had an 4 mile range to get to a gas station or my kids and I would have had to walk to one. Very disappointing experience for such a big named company. I wouldn’t recommend Coggin Collisom to anyone due to its poor customer service!

The process of getting my car repaired took way too long. The dealership they sent it too was unusually slow and took a week too even look at my car. The staff at Coggin Collision was very kind. Just think the technician could have worked a little faster. Twice he order the wrong parts

When I got my car back out wreaked of odor; something like a bad body odor is how I can describe it, which I did not bring my car in with that loud foul smell. Also, maybe you all don't practice this in the collision center but usually when I get any service done there I'd get my car back cleaned. It was so dirty I didn't want to touch it. Lastly, after I washed my car there was grey paint that dripped on the back passenger side of my car. In the sun it looked like someone had chipped a dime size chunk of paint slightly diagonal from the gas tank. When I got home my husband helped me realize that something was on my car. When I blew the picture that I took of it up I realized what it was; grey paint. Customer service was great. Everyone was polite and professional. What bothers me the most is that odor that took a days, sprays and fresheners to get rid of.
