One whole side of my truck was supposed to be painted, and the trim on that side was excluded from the repair because the person doing the write up decided that there were door dings and it wasn't part of the original damage. How he came to that conclusion was never justified. It was solely his opinion. Furthermore, there was a run in the paint repair. This is a sign of an inferior repair. We approached your collision center with these issues, and we were offered no assistance with getting them resolved. After waiting 2 weeks for this repair to be completed, we expected a higher level of quality and service. Needless to say, we will no longer do businesses with Coggin in any capacity.

Coggin Collision did an amazing job on my vehicle. It looks pretty much brand new. Kept me updated along the way as it was getting repaired. It was a very easy & smooth process and staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

While I did get text messages regarding the progress they were making on my vehicle I was not informed of the reasons it was taking so long, when I called the day my rental was up I was told Coggin would try to have my car ready by late late that day. When I asked what would happen if it wasn't done, would Coggin be providing me with a vehicle I was told he had no authority to do that. Only when I contacted my insurance adjusters manager and had him call I was told that there would be no way that my car would be repaired by that night (Friday) it would be done hopefully by the following Tuesday and that Coggin Would be picking up the tab on my rental until the repairs were finished. To sum it all up, I feel as if all of those text messages just strung me along and there was little to no truth to them. I suggested to Geico that the re-think their relationship with Coggin because I think Coggins customer service is a far cry from the excellent customer service that Geico provides.
