Although the repair costs hurt my budget so bad this month but the work was exceptional!!!
Christine and Latrina went beyond and above their duties to make me feel valued. Christine is very professional, courteous and very accommodating and as always (I remembered her from her old job at Girvin-Good Year from 8 years ago but I sometimes couldnt remember what happened to me yesterday.. go figure lol ) Anyway, when I came to pick up my car, Latrinas clothes are still wet from washing my car she even washed and polished all 4 tires of my carI never had this type of excellent service from other Auto Coalition centers before.. I mean they dont need to wash my car but they did and it made me feel an important customer because they care :)
I was so impressed with the quality of service this center has given me. They also did an exceptional paint job! I cant even tell the color difference of the old paint from the new paint. Over all, I am exceptionally satisfied and would highly recommend this place!!!!

To this point the issues that I have noted are plentiful. Prior to the accident that brought my vehicle to your shop my car was in a like new state.
****) there is now a scratch and what looks like dried adhesive or bondo on the back of the drivers side mirror.
2) there are several spots where there is a white adhesive residue inside the drivers door, on leather and plastic parts
3) the door look does not work in the door keys on the driver side, only with the key fob
4)there is a gouge, approx **** cm into the plastic near the inside drivers door handle
5)there is something interfering with the driver door when it is fully opened, you can see it hitting a piece of plastic near the tip of the door
6)there was a piece of loose insulation in the hood cavoty (push pin to hold it on was loose)
7)there is an air leak somewhere that is causing a squeal in the cabin, could have something to do with the weatherstripping that is not adhered to the door frame or where there was the new scratch mentioned in item #****, perhaps something hit my mirror (which is bolted on and not easily detached...more on how i know that in a minute) and subsequently torqued the frame where that meets the door frame.
Just a few items but not necessarily a comprehensive list.
Which, more on that mirror issue, several years ago I had my mirror fixed after a person side swiped my other altima. I had your company fix it, paid by his insurance. Immediately after I began driving it, there was an air leak into the cabin, just worse than this current issue in my new altima. I was told at the time to bring it in to be fixed and to be honest, to this day years later I have not had it fixed. My ability and/or willingness to address issues of workmanship has changed since then. I was told at the time that there was a lifetime warranty on the fix, I would like to collect on that guaranteea as well while I am addressing these concerns.
I have already called the shop regarding the air leak issue immediately after driving away. However, I run on tight schedules and live roughly 45 minutes away.
I would definetly like to be in contact with the shop again regarding these issues and to set a date to resolve them. I can be reached by email, or via phone/text ****-****-xxxx. I will be working until roughly 1pm today and may try calling the office myself there after.

Christine was excellent to deal with but it took so long to get fixed and it appears you didn't test drive because the seatbelt light won't go out and now I have to take to the dealer.

Absolutely not at all . I delivered my vehicle to get repaired after I was hit in the rear and pushed into another vehicle ( sandwiched if you will) not my fault. State Farm recommended this facility, out of ten other locations I chose Coggin bc of the name . Anyway , I specifically told the gentleman who checked me about the trunk not opening now due to the wreck ( which is totally approved by State Farm to fix ) and he even wrote that In Hot pink writing on the window . ?? I came to pick up my vehicle ( after dropping my rental off ) & when I got there my bumper was fixed , but the rear bumper is still out of socket , the deck lid is scratched ( all from accident) I told tge gentleman " Jim " I believe. What about the trunk latch " keyless entry " and now the trunk latch is still not fixed ??? Plus the huge scratch on the deck lid ( that he pointed out ?) I just want my trunk to open at this point. I have to take my car back up there ( missing more work) , not only that Hertz rental car is going to take more money out of my account to " Hold" until returned. I'm just do frustrated at the way I was handled . Very poorly, not satisfied at all. Honestly, I don't think I'd ever recommend this place to anyone. It's sad too bc I was really banking on the name Coggin . Thinking that they're the best in town. I'm supposed to drop back off on Monday ( **** week later ) after I had to call the insurance company again and get everything lined up again . I wish I checked the car out before returning the rental car in the first place . I just don't understand why y'all didn't get that part ordered and fixed before calling me and saying it was ready ? It's just upsetting. Now , I have to settle & just get my trunk latch mechanism fixed as opposed to that being fixed & my " deck lid" being repaired. I just need my trunk to open with the latch and with keyless remote as it was before the wreck . It's just a shame . Honestly, I'm a pretty easy going guy too & I never badmouth people in surveys , but this has been a real stressful deal all they way through. Part 2 of the Coggin saga begins Monday. I just hope they can fix my trunk ( so that it opens !) I'm just so frustrated and my job is getting tired of being late again ..So here we go?

I dropped my car of at the Nissan Service Center on 8/28/15 and given an estimate of about 480 for a water leak repair. On 9/3/15 I heard from Jim at Coggin Collision saying it was going to cost over 1200. On 9/5/15 Jim said the repairs would start on 9/7. I did not hear from anyone for a week. On 9/11/15 I left a message for Jim and multiple messages at the Nissan service center and did not get calls back. I started calling again on 9/14 and 9/15. Finally someone answers on 9/15 and says the car is repaired. I understand if the repair takes awhile. But no one told me I wouldn't have a car for 19 days and no one returned a voicemail saying "don't worry we didn't forget about you." I'm really disappointed with my treatment by both Coggin Collision and Coggin Nissan.
