They took 30 days to fix it because of minor prob of thers It cast me five hundred dollars extra on the rental car that came out of my pocket

As an older person I grew up in a time when service and just plain courtesy was the way of doing business. In the last few years that seems to have disappeared but in dealing with Coggin collision I have never been treated with any more respect and courtesy than I was with your organization from the friendly wonderful receptionist to the gentleman who brought my truck around when I came to get it. Hopefully I do not have to use your services again but if the need arises that is where I will take my vehicle as well as recommending you to anyone else. Thanks Again James L

The bed cover was removed for repair, but my truck was left outside in the rain and everything in the bed of my truck was soaking wet. Not sure if all of the items a salvageable yet. The repair work looks to be adequate.

I was lied to three times. They do not communicate to the customers. My car was there for three weeks, about a week and a half too long. They are the slowest body shop in Jacksonville. My car was not completely fixed. Very unhappy.
