Alex was awesome! I was very nervous about the whole process of getting the repairs done and a rental car while I wait. Alex and angelica took care of me from the moment I arrived and reassured me that they would get the claim and rental taken care of...and they did. I am not the most organized person and they were very sweet and patient with me. My car looks great and Im excited to have it back. Your entire team was superior! I had not ever been in an accident and was learning along the way at the beginning of this process. I had been "strung around" and was very confused and frustrated prior to my first contact with Excel and had spent MANY hours / days deaaling with all pieces of the process. My very FIRST phone call to your front office, I was promised that "Excel would handle EVERYTHING moving forward. I will admit I was a bit skeptical because of the run around I had already endured with the insurance aand rental companies. But I was AMAZED at the customer service, compassion, professionalism and quality of the service and repair I recieved. Alex was really wonderful to work with! She knows her stuff and made the whole process easy and low-stress for me - which is huge when it comes to car repairs! And I so much appreciated the service to pick up the care and drop it off at my house - that was a huge time saver for me! I also liked the email updates, although more actual information in them would have been much nicer, maybe photos of the status of the car and what was left to be done etc.
The work looks good so far, although there was some putty or paint that hadn't been cleaned off. I am happy to have the lifetime warranty on the work so if I notice something not working or wearing correctly I can call you back.
Overall very satisfied and would recommend your services to others!
