Excel Collision Centers - Mesa

I was really happy when I pick up my truck from Exel collision center, because they do very nice job, also all the people I talked to treat me really good, so I feel welcome to the place, thank you all you guys

Insurance companies delay things. Excel Collision went above and beyond to deal with all of the back and forth with them to make sure my car was fixed properly the first time without having to make a single call.

From the first phone call to Alex, to Angelica dealing with a rental car issue. The professionalism provided by your staff and their obvious dedication to customer service is evident. I'll reccomend this shop to anyone in need.

I am BEYOND satisfied with Excel Collision Center. This is my 2nd time using them and first off Alex Mendoza is so great to work with. Being in an accident is stressful enough and she takes everything off your shoulders and deals with everything from the insurance companies, rental cars, scheduling, updating all parties etc. all with a positive attitude. She is informative and keeps you in the loop every step of the way. My car was repaired in the amount of time she estimated and looks BETTER than before. They even detailed the outside and inside of my car, which was so refreshing to see after being in an accident. My Mazda dealership only recommends Excel and I can see why. This is why I came back for a second time ( not my fault of course). Hopefully I don't have any more accidents, but if I do I know Excel will go above and beyond as they have the last two times. I can't thank them enough! 5 stars across the board.

Richard and his team are amazing! Richard was the reason why I chose Excel for my repairs. He took time to explain the process to me in detail, and he was always available to answer any of my questions. He and his team are extremely professional and their work is top notch!
