Joe and Holly in Doylestown went out of their way to make my experience with Nagy's a good one. The work was done extremely satisfactorily. Joe even "touched up" an unrelated chip on the hood as a courtesy to me. He went way beyond my expectations, with the work and with the respect shown to me as a customer. I will not hesitate to refer anyone seeking repairs. I consider them both as friends now!

Vehicle was kept longer than estimated. No counication from Nagys throughout process until 4 days in when I called them for any updates. Total cost ended up more than estimate so was surprised at end of transaction since they didnt correspond with me. Brought it to manager's attention, manager didnt offer a discount of any sort to make up for their Correspondence mistake.

My windshield which was fine when I dropped it off, now has a huge crack in it and needs replaced. They talked to my wife and not me and she did not understand when they informed her of the crack. Now they are not responsible for the damage
