Después de que entregaron el carro, tuve que devolver dos veces el carro porque dejaron desconectado la puerta del pasajero, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba ( el aire acondicionado estaba funcionando de lo más bien antes de llevarlo a arreglar) y estaba descuadrado de la parte delantera, después de que lo llevara la segunda vez, arreglaron todo, pero después de eso el aire acondicionado a veces no funciona.

Durable's line of communication is always open. They are reliable, honest and charge a fair rate. We have come to rely on Durable for everything from oil changes to major body and mechanical repairs. There is no other place for car service, because Durable is the BEST.

I was very pleased with the work and communication with durable. I was told there was a few weeks wait for body work but since I brought them the job specifically, they made time to get the job done in a timely manner. I also really appreciated them cleaning my car too!

My experience at The Durable Auto in Waterbury, CT was a good one! A representative by the name of Rasario assisted me expeditiously as soon as I walked in (with no appt) Great knowledge and communication skills amongst staff was a plus for me as well, they kept me up to date on the work being done as well… Highly recommend for any auto body work repairs
