Vehicle was not repaired in the estimate time frame given. He stated everything he can do for said vehicle but doesn't follow thru he stated it by saying there an estimate if you want to finish the job.

The staff listened and walked me through the process step by step and kept me ininformed,not only was the repairs done timely but they cleaned my car from top to bottom and I haven't seen many private repair shops do that! Most just fix what is broken/damaged and send you on your way. Thanks Durable

The repair to my vehicle was done in a timely manner without any evidence of rushing plus it was detailed before I could pick it up! It's likely the cleanest my Jeep has been in MONTHS! Fantastic work and fantastic customer service.
