Repair work promptly completed. However there is a problem with dashboard lights staying on that weren’t on before accident and repair. I am going to address that with Accura dealer. Hopefully get it resolved.

The work done to the car was perfect, they had the wrong phone number in my file so I never received phone calls or texts regarding my car. If I didn’t finally call I would not had known my car was ready to days prior to me calling. I guess they just gave up trying to contact me. They should have tried to figure out that they had the wrong contact information. Don’t know how that happened I wrote my number down personally.

Not satisfied that the paint on the bumper doesn’t match the car even though it is the same paint and all of this was explained to me after, If I knew before I probably would have left the bumper alone. I have to say though, everyone at Durable is very helpful and courteous, very well organized. It was a pleasure dealing with Barry.

From start (Kelley) to finish, an excellent experience. ****’s explination about the key scratches on my car was appreciated. My car was ready ahead of schedule, and I was pleasantly surprised that time was taken to clean it. I will tell Geico that chosing Durable to repair their cars was a smart decision. Really, I could not be more pleased with your service.
