This is the best experience I have ever had with a repair shop. Not only was everyone so kind and courteous but I was planning and taking my car to be detailed after I picked it up. To find that they not only cleaned the outside but the inside as well. The fact that I received text messages to alert me when work began and was finished. They made this very easy to deal with not having my car and I felt my car was in excellent hands with them. Thank you so much for all you guys have done to my car. She looked so amazing when I got her back you all are wonderful.

The process was clear and seamless. Having GEICO on site and the coordination with them was excellent. All the staff were professional and courteous. SMS updates were great and the car was ready even earlier than promised. I also appreciate how well my car was cleaned. Enterprise being on site was very convenient . I would highly recommend Jack's!
