You guys forgot to put the clamp that connects the antifreeze hose to the engine .the clamp wasn't on right.anti leak all out. That could of really damage the car.need to be alot more careful.

My car isnt fixed. I was called and told it was repaired and ready, so I came for it, and there was still a problem with it. I was told to take it and bring it back any time, which isnt acceptable to me. Forcing me to come back is a major inconvenience dud to my mobility issue. Why bother me at all if my car isnt ready? Why not perform a point check to ensure everything is in working order before calling me?
I asked if someone would be able to get the car, finish the work, and drop it off, but I was told that would not be possible. As it is, I cannot safely drive the vehicle.

I am extremely disappointed that I need to find time in my schedule to bring the car back for service to correct the fact that the air bag light is on. The service was required to begin with because of an accident that was 100% the other driver’s fault (as confirmed by her insurance carrier), so the whole process is a nuisance to me. The fact that there’s a flaw in the repair is deeply dissatisfying.

The repair of my vehicle was done speedily and I was kept abreast during their service on my car daily. They completed it early and I am so grateful to them.
