It's took five weeks to complete the repair. On delivery My car was supposed to be delivered to Quakertown. It was delivered to Hatfield. I was not told that I needed to take any paperwork with me to go pick up the car in Hatfield. I drove all the way down to Hatfield & was told I had to drive home and go get the paperwork and come back without releasing my car. This caused me to have to put more gas in the rental car and then my car too. This morning looking at my car There is grease on the inside upholstery on the door. The repairs on the outside,as far as I can tell, look good. Just not satisfied with the whole delivery process, Poor communication on the paperwork needed for delivery, and the grease on my upholstery that was not there before

The customer service was excellent, each time I called with questions or get an update someone always gave me the information or called right back with the updates. Other than a few minor glitches with my car after I picked it up, which got fixed right away, I was pleased with the outcome of the repairs on my car.

There was a film on the windshield that soap and water would not remove. I had to use car polish to remove. Lastly, the driver side windshield spray nozzle was loose and spraying at the base of the windshield. Took car to dealer for this repair. Dealer had to order the part.
The car should not have been returned in this condition. Aside from these two items, the overall repair appears to date quite satisfactory.

Even Lee B, my car salesman got involved to ensure I was taken care of. I was heartbroken having had the car for 2 months when hit and run occurred. But its a thing of the past, no trace of injury.
