Great group of guys, and I appreciate how thoughtful and considerate they tried to be. Ralph kept me updated, and calm, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my car when I got it back. He explained everything to me and walked me through all of my options. He was more than accommodating, and I'm so thankful. The team also made me feel like I wasnt a bother, even if I called 5 times in the same day. They really helped alleviate some of the stress.

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful in getting the right parts necessary to complete the repairs. There were many obstacles put in place by my auto insurance company, such as low quality replacement parts, which the staff negotiated in getting the correct parts needed. After the repair, the staff went beyond and assisted me in obtaining a new battery for my vehicle. I would highly reccomend Jeff Wyler Collision as my choice for future repairs.
