I was satisfied with the work don't to the bumper and wheel. However, it looks like there was paint sprayed on the passenger side window that I can't take off.

Had to wait over 10 days to get the initial estimate for the repair work. This was a long time.

I am very upset because my husband almost had an accident, all the wheel nuts were loose and the car was shaking a lot. My husband have to stop on the road and check what was going on and find out the problem. Thanks God nothing happens. But the person who did the job was very negligent. Beside that, all the service that I received why the car was in the shop was very good all secretaries were very helpful. Thank you.

I brought my truck in for body work after an accident..... the body work was good but they did it in a hurry ! I raised the hood and all the wires fell. They forgot to tie them back up problem #****. #2 installed bolts to secure my bully bar, they just put in a few bolts, forgot to put in the rest of the bolts #3 Driving Fog lights did not work. #4 I was also told that they did an alignment. When I got the truck back the steering was out 90 degrees. Then I was told that they could not do an alignment on my one ton truck. #5 they took the truck in to fix the fog lights took **** week # 6 they called me to pick up the truck and when they brought it up they hit something because the right passenger side of my utility bed had a 6” X 8 “ scratch which required more time in the shop to repair the door that they damaged. The accident happened on 26 April 21 they had the truck until June 8th. This was an expensive repair. I had to take the truck to someone that could do work on a one ton truck. That was also an expensive endeavor. If I had to rate them it would be a -4. Bodywork looked good but done in a hurry so lots of things were left undone.. My opinion look for another shop!
