Everything was hoped exempt a couple times we called it was hard to get to someone that could get an update on our vehicle. There were a few delays and we have to keep changing our plans for transportation.

Austin was very helpful and communicated with me throughout the entire process. They finished the repairs a day early and offered to handle any rental car logistics involved. I had to go without a vehicle for almost two weeks for a part that didn't effect driving. The stated time it would be completed was changed twice. It was hard to get a hold of anyone in the collision department. Multiple calls were made. There was also a chip in the paint on the hood that was not there previously which was conveyed with the repairman. This experience has been the worst from start to finish in multiple areas of concern.

Once again far exceeded my expectations in body repair after collision... plus took care of list of maintenance items... my 92k mileage Malibu vehicle is back to brand new condition. Kudos goes to service representative that took care of everything ... no waiting no surprises no inconveniences everything completed with quality... very reasonable and predicted cost. The reason I continue to buy vehicles from this dealer is because of the outstanding service I receive.

I was kept in the loop during the whole process, which was appreciated, and the car was done when it was promised. There was a single issue where the pinstriping was not replaced on the door so I am taking the car back in the morning to have that done but I am confident it will be finished promptly and I will be completely satisfied.

When i dropped my car off they told me it would take 5 to 10 business days. It took theee weeks. Mike was mind enough to help qith my rental i had to get through enterprise. When i got home i looked at my windshield container that was replaced and it was completely empty they didnt even fill it to see if it worked.
