Got into a minor fender-bender on a Thursday morning, and by the following Tuesday afternoon Chatham Collision Repair had straightened it all out again. I opted not to do any major sheet metal work, and these magicians were still able to get the car looking nearly new again for a price that was barely a small fraction of my insurance deductible - so no need to get them involved! This included managing to drastically reduce the size of a dent centered right on a crease in the front fender, and it's now virtually unnoticeable unless you know what you're looking for. I could have paid more for a higher-tier repair that I'm certain would have made the car look factory-new again, but the simple fix was so good I'm not likely to bother, and at no point did I feel like I was being up-sold or pressured into the costlier option. Also, I really appreciated swinging by to pick up the car and noticing the complimentary wheel and tire shine they did, too. I'm certainly hoping not to need their services anytime in the near future, but whenever the next inevitable scrape or ding occurs, I'll be happy to take my car back to Chatham Collision Repair. Special thank you to both Sergio and Julian, the two gentlemen with whom I spoke directly and who couldn't have been more pleasant to deal with. Their understanding and courteous customer service made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly easy to bear.
