Chapman Ford Collision Center

Let's first say vicky is great! Very helpful calls to inform you of what's going on with your car. She had the rental car company there within minutes! 6 days later I pick up my car and what happens the detail department apparently does a service before you get your car and they damage my rims with some sort of cleaner that just takes the chrome right off! So of course I call vicky and she was more than helpful again with my concerns I sent her pictures right away told me to bring it right back but of course I cant because I am already at a prior engagement so I will bring it back tomorrow after work so they can fix but of course rim guy is not in until next week on Monday(not including time if they need to order new ones)so they whoud have to give me a loaner not happy with this at all! Dealing with vicky has made it not so bad it's still an inconvenience to me that such a large company that's been around for 40 years wouldn't have this this isn't my first issue with this autobody shop that my insurance company refers me to.
