Great work, it was easy just paying my deductible, and the car was well cleaned upon completion. And everyone was very nice.
My only frustration was that it seemed like I was pushing to get my car back (several phone calls), when it was a day after it was supposed to have been finished. That may not seem significant to you guys, but since the car was there for 4 full business days, for only $****,700 worth of work, and I didnt have a free rental, I was pretty frustrated when it wasn't finished on schedule.
No need to contact me. Again though, the car looks great. Thanks

I appreciated that you finished your work ahead of the original anticipated date. I also appreciated receiving updates by e-mail, but seriously, you didn't have to keep me updated twice a day. :) BTW, I hugely appreciated your working with me to make the car available for my son to pick up when I wasn't available. I hope never to need your services again, but if I do, Epic is where I'll go.

excellent work and excellent staff. I had been going thru a hard time when I got into an accident and hit a deer, but they were very understanding of it all and worked their hardest in making sure that they could get my car fixed and back to me as soon as possible. I was completely satisfied with the work and their friendly staff and I would highly recommend using Epic Collision in Little Silver, NJ for all of your auto body needs. Cannot say enough good things about everyone who works there. Grade A repair shop, in every sense of the word.
