We were disappointed that we were told on Wednesday that my vehicle would be ready for pick up on Friday. There was even news on the morning of Friday it was ready. However, I personally had to call only to find out my car was actually not ready for pickup as promised. I was disappointed to not have received any phone call at all, and that I had to make the call myself. Also disappointed that my car was 2 days late in being ready for pickup.
