Jeffery was friendly, thorough in his estimate and description of what would happen, and helpful in terms of helping me transition things from the rental back into our repaired vehicle. Each time I called, the staff was friendly and ready to help. I was a bit nervous after reading other people’s negative reviews, but none of the negative reviews was my experience. Mine was all positive- friendly, helpful, clean car, repaired bumper, all good.
