Cracked windshield when I picked my car up. Considering I can provide proof that it was nit there when my car was picked up from me, it should be easy to agree to fix it. Apparently not. I have over 2000.00 worth of things (including parts, breaks,labor and tires) that I had intended on bringing there to have done. If this is how you do business then I would be crazy to trust you with my vehicle again.

The people are really nice , and treat the customers well .

My experience with Dallas Dodge was outstanding; their customer service expertise were very welcoming and trusting. I haven't gotten a chance to over see my vehicle 100% because of the raining day when I picked it up. However, I'm sure it's good as new because of the dedication the team showed to satisfy me as a customer. I was never blinded with the status of my vehicle because I was updated by via email with the process the whole way through. I have many great things to say about Dallas Dodge team however, this comment must end. I will always be a customer. And all my family and friends Will know the care this team has put into my vehicle;And with that said they will become customers as well in their time of need. Thank you Dallas Dodge collision team for all your professional decisions. I will be the a spokesman for you guys. Lol!

Loose panels, dried white paint on front roof, didnt receive a ledger of what was repaired, jerry was great, but manager showed little concern, more concerned about going back home, job looked rushed, was asked about the check, not about work, i was called about check, i arrived to pick up my jeep to end up being late for work, and job was incomplete now i have to make a trip to complete repairs, but the check was signed over asap, i purchased my jeep here, so i thought i would get repairs here, very inconvenient for me to have to return to have work completed after i was called in a rush to pick up my jeep, the color doesnt match, im just really pissed right now, not cool

They were great Terry and all the guys were so good to me and keep me informed all the time. Are you hiring in that office?
