The customer communication was horrible, I was told originally the truck would be done in 3 days, finally got it back in 10 days. I received one call about any communication about the service on my truck and that was the day before it was done. I had to call to get updates on the status of the repairs and when I called i was made to feel like I was bothering them by asking. I was told once someone would call me back, after 24hrs I had to call back again because no one returned my call. Once I got the truck not all of the repairs were done so now I have to take it back. After I picked up the truck I noticed dent in the front passenger side quarter panel, took the truck back and was told USAA told you it wasn't hail damage and you guys didn't have to fix it. I called USAA who I've been with for more than 25 years and they said they knew nothing about what I was talking about and the repairs should had been taken care of. I went to you guys because I've heard great things about you, but you didn't live up to the expectations. USAA has suggested to me that I get someone else to complete the repairs that you guys didn't fix. I'm not sure what happen here but WOW did you guys really miss it on this one.

This auto repair experience has fallen far short of meeting my expectations...principally due to the 4 weeks () it has taken to get my vehicle back...and the conditions under which I am picking it up---actually not completed and prior to your release date. I do, however, appreciate your willingness to do what is necessary for me to get my truck tomorrow to make a family emergency trip. Basically, I feel that there is more to the story regarding why it has taken so long to repair the truck...a part of the story neither USAA nor I am getting....why the two week estimate has grown to four plus weeks. Your people have been courteous and have explained the problem as a function of the "processes you are using", process I totally understand. I have yet to see the vehicle so I a assuming at this time that it is a good repair job.
