After getting my car back I noticed there was an oil leak. I had it returned to you. My dissatisfaction is based on the advisor Matt saying they noticed the leak but did not do anything or tell me. Very poor service.

We had asked that a few of the other blemishes/dings be evaluated and quoted (since we were putting the car up for sale) and we were not contacted about this until the car was ready to be picked up. We were willing to pay additionally but were not given the opportunity

Very thorough, professional, honest, and friendly. They listened to our concerns offering the explanation of their recommendations. Hopefully, we will never require collision work again, but if we do, will be confident in putting our vehicle in their hand.
