My car was damaged by an uninsured motorist so needing to have it repaired at all had me in a bad mood. The week I was scheduled to drop off my vehicle was at a time that I couldn't be without a car. The team at the Norman Collision Works was very helpful and bent over backwards to ensure my car was ready in time for me to meet both work and personal obligations... all while I was probably not being as friendly and accommodating as I normally would be given the fact that I was paying for damage to my car done by someone else. So A+ for the Norman Collision Works crew.

I submitted my initial response concerning my 2014 Honda Accord repairs on July 16th and the Collision Works (CW) credit, Matt James contacted me early on July 16th to discuss my concerns. In short, my Accord was returned to me with a dirty interior that included black dirty oily marks on my seats, headliner, visors, and sun roof cover. In addition there are two puncture holes/tear in the right side rear seat. There are a couple of areas that need to buffed out more, and I believe the right side windshield wiper needs to be adjusted downward.
My spouse and I visited with Matt on late Friday afternoon 7/16/21 and Matt said CW wanted to work with us and make everything right. I understand numerous folks and shops worked on my car, but the damage sustained during repairs is not acceptable. My wife has always babied that car and Matt agreed that he can tell it was in good shape and had been taken care of.
Matt said CW would work with us to get issues corrected as CW wants us to be happy customers. I agreed with Matt as I have used CW two times in the past and the work was always great.

The insurance adjuster from collision works was very disrespectful when attempting to communicate with him during the repair process. During one phone conversation with him, he answered my question by interrupting me and starting out with “I told you!” In a very disrespectful sharp and rude tone of voice. He did not explain or address any question I was asking and responded stating “read the text you are receiving”. On on occasion when I called the receptionist hung up on me when I ask to speak with him (Travis). I promptly called back and ask to speak to him..... I heard her say to him in a very Sarcastic, rude tone of voice (to Travis) “it’s her again, she called back”. I will not recommend or ever use collision works again for anything. I am dissatisfied with the repairs to my vehicle.... one huge concern I had concerning my vehicle when I first met was Travis was not repaired al all. It is my opinion that his attitude toward this specific issue was that I was to stupid to look up under the rear wheel to see if it had been repaired! Once I picked up my vehicle.
When I came to pick my vehicle up it was raining so he did not go over the completed repairs.... he just handed me my keys as we walked out in the pouring rain and said “there it is” as he pointed at my vehicle.
