The actual repair to my car was very good the communication on when my car would be completed was very poor. When I drooped of my car first thing Monday morning I was told it would be completed by Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning. I had to call multiple times to get updates which then learned the completed date changed to Friday or Saturday morning. I understand things change, but I think the customer needs to be keep in the loop as much as possible.

Almost... Some trim on the rear bumper has already come loose (it was that way the night we picked it up, didn't notice until home, possible it happened on the short drive home) that will need attention/glue/etc
