The customer service was fantastic the negative experience of the accident on my vehicle was completely eradicated with the warm concerned dialogue everyone shared. When I picked up my vehicle it was immaculate, your staff demonstrated professional integrity and a wonderful job, my car looked brand New! PS.I hope, I can add this my experience driving the Ford Hybrid was a mind blowing experience, I hate Ford's because of the past history performance of this car being problematic. The Enterprise agent was great and very assisting making sure of my familiarity with starting the vehicle without a key. I am contemplating renting that vehicle next month to pick my son up from school for the summer. Share wonderful commendations to everyone who was a part of this experience especially Bianca who greeted me by name and Joanna. Just a little bit of miscommunication about when I would be back to pick up a rental again. Maybe there is a way to streamline that process through the text messaging service, to make sure everyone is clear on pickup/dropoff times for rentals. Great service and repairs! Lovely people!
