I was kept informed on the progress of repairs at all times via text message. However, any changes to original date of completion, I was informed by phone call with an explanation which I really appreciated. Also any questions or concerns I had, was answered.

Two minor issues on the car (plate inside the rear door release damaged, won't stay into place), exterior rear door handle a little loose. We can fix both ourselves. Overall - service, repair, and communication was excellent.
