I was very happy with the service i recieved. Susan was extremely helpful with making my appointments to come in and letting me know when my car was ready. She was very informative and updated me on my car everyday. I was very thankful. Dani was also very helpful when i had to get into a rental vehicle and she explained everything in great detail so that i wasnt confused about anything including prices. She also showed me how to use the rental vehicle and answered all my questions on the unfamiliar devices. Everything went very smoothly.

excellent customer service from the check in with the ladies at the front desk through the car rental process. excellent follow up throughout the process on the status of my car repair and excellent service when i went to pick up my car. haveing the rental service on site was so convienent, made the whole process easy for me. great work!

The car was not repaired to standards paint is not smooth there was a scratch on the area repaired(which was taken care of) and most disturbing a part from another car in the back seat. The trunk was covered in dust from the repair. I have to now bring the car back as per Geico to have the paint redone. It is not that any off the issues are a huge deal how ever I now have to take the time to bring back the car which never should have been released as done.

Repairs were done well. Status updates were a nice touch. There were some repair items that were initially identified but didn't make it into the first work order, but once brought to the attention of the adjuster, were included and completed in a quality fashion.

It's unbelievable. .I was driving now for 30yrs and it's the 1st time ever I was treated so nicely and they went the extra mile for me..I will feel bad to take my car back there again because I'm not accustomed to be treated so so nicely, but then again all their works are guaranteed. .I thank you very much..

I was told 7-10 days for repair. it took 30 days. I was told conflicting stories throughout. the day after finally picking up the car, I had to bring it back because of overheating, leaking fluid and a problem on the undercarriage that was missed....after 30days! I missed going away due to this. neither myself nor my insurance company will use this company again.
