I wanted my driver side door painted. And I was told no.I was told that another collision place would do it .your company would only paint the whole driver side. But what you did do was excellent work thank you for that. Great work

Collision center did an awesome job. They kept me informed every step of the process until my car was finished The whole process of having my car repaired after an accident was "simple"

The service was great except i still see a little mist in my back left light encasement. And I firmly believe that that condition was created when my rear bumper was fixed during the previous repair at your center.

I just picked up my car yesterday. I must say ive had good experiences in the past with another collision company but this experience is by FAR the best! The staff smile and are so nice!! I got constant updates on my car and they stayed on time. Even though i dropped it off a day before a major blizzard! When it was time to pick up my car i had to unlock the car with my remote just to make sure it was my car! They even detailed/cleaned the inside putting everything back where it was!!! I hope i never need to use a collision center again but i promise you if i do, it will be this one!!!! That was my review for your website 5stars! Thank you guys!!!

Everything went well at first. Everyone was very helpful. When I went to pick up my car within 5 mins of driving it I could feel something was not right. The car was pulling to the right. So I called up and they said it was probably because the two new tires were on on the same side of the car and they need to be rotated. So if the mechanic knew this by me simply calling up why was it not done in the first place. This is a simple common procedure. I had to bring my car back and leave it another day just to get the rotation done. This was a huge inconvenience.

The grand Cherokee logo was attached crooked and needs to be reattached so that it is straight.

A few things: (****) I appreciated being kept up to date regularly about my repairs via emails, texts, and calls from both the mechanics and the GEICO rep. (2) I found the cost of repairs to be reasonable, despite what lesser establishments might consider to be the inherent option to inflate charges beyond the deductible (since they'd be covered by a large corporation). (3) Repairs were definitely done to my satisfaction, and in a reasonable amount of time. This will be the least of my worries if and when I may need need to utilize your services again in the future. (4) Staff was friendly and courteous, including shop staff, and the GEICO and rental staff. In fact, customer treatment in general was outstanding...starting with the gourmet coffee machine in the comfortable waiting room, and ending with the wonderful surprise of my car having been detailed, inside and out, as a courtesy prior to returning my car (your guys even "Armor-alled" the tires)! I was actually going to go to the car wash immediately after picking up my car, too! Really, a VERY classy touch to already outstanding service. I will happily recommend your shop to others via local business and social media. I have no complaints at all. Communication was very good. I was given updates on my car frequently. My car was completed ahead of schedule. My car looked brand new when I received it.
