I was very impressed with the level of service from your team. I really appreciate that Casten was able and willing to find the most affordable way to acquire parts for my older vehicle (2005), avoiding the need for the insurance company to total my perfectly drivable car.
They were also very kind along the way, the car was cleaner than how I left it, and I also appreciate the pleasant holiday gift left in my car when the work was complete.

Color does not match and poor quality paint on hood- right side upper corner towards windshield does not have enough paint coverage. Front top face panel all scratched up, was not there before. Buffer swirl scratches on paint quarter panels - disappointed much

Bumper looks great. Extreamly grateful for you getting it done quickly, and for the loaner car. The candy bag on the seat was a nice touch, my kids loved the candy.

The team at Casten Auto Body in Lake Zurich is professional, friendly, accommodating, and educate customers like myself on the work to be done. Their communication is consistent and clear. I knew exactly what to expect. All this is what customers should expect from a service provider. What makes Casten exceptional is that they care about their work and their customers and it shows. They advised me on safety when our family van was still drivable after an accident, while they had my car, they notice a gasoline odor from a spill and cleaned it, when we pick up, they were flexible and accommodating and helped me return the rental. Thank you !

The car looks fantastic, and bringing it to you guys was a great choice. I did notice one problem... my driver's side mirror doesn't work. Maybe it wasn't plugged back in, idk. I talked to Ruth, and she said I could bring it back and get it looked at. It's just a minor detail- you guys did 5 star work. Thanks
