I was very happy with how courteous and polite everyone was. The text message updates were a nice perk. The work on the actual car is impeccable. The car looks as good as when it was new- and that is 8 years ago!! Truly, I was very pleased with the ease of the situation. Helped make a bad situation much more tolerable by offering rental cars at the same location and keeping me updated. One very very small negative was that when I picked up the car it was on empty- like light on, no bars, took over 11 gallons to fill empty. I never drive on less than ****/4 tank and pretty sure I had well more than that. I didn't get why? Anyways, I'd come back in a heartbeat regardless and would recommend service to everyone. Great job! Thank you very much for your awesome work, great attitudes and speedy service!

Still waiting for a part to be received after waiting 2 weeks. Somehow Jeep needs to get its act together to service its vehicles. I don't blame Gabriel's, but it is an inconvenience. I had to pick up the car, because I could not go another weekend without a car. I needed to go see my elderly mom to take her shopping.

I have sent you several emails with pictures on many issues with my car right the car was picked up from your shop. The below are the issues that I listed in the email ****) The car was completely out of diesel when Andre picked up the car yesterday, he had to go to the nearest gas station to fill the diesel. When I drop off the car, it was more than half full tank diesel. 2) Metal sticks out on left and the paint is rubbed off (Picture attached in this email) 3) Door flush with car on right (picture in a separate email ) 4) Advertising on the back of the window, who has been using my car? (picture in a separate email) 5) Slashes of white paint on all the back of the car (picture in a separate email) 6) Plastic light cover broken in the middle (picture in a separate email) Hope these can be resolved soon. I am in overseas and won't be back to NYC until November 16. My friend Andre will drop off the car next week Thanks Jeffrey
