The communication with me on my car, the actual finished product, my bill being as stated, a cheery and professional team at the front desk, delivery to and from Enterprise for my rental, and to cap it off, Ray Hyde himself jumped on the phone to answer my questions! I was happy with the text messages they sent to keep me updated but I was more impressed with Mr. Ray Hyde calling me personally. He explained the whole process to me and let me know why the job would take the time that it did. There were some misunderstandings about repairs in the beginning but my USAA adjuster stepped in and ensured that the repairs were understood and performed. The detailers and their supervisor were very helpful and ensured that I was able to pick my vehicle up even though the clerk left. That showed me versatility and determination to make things right in a situation that could have turned worse. They are doing good things at Ray Hyde.

DURING THE REPAIR PROCESS MY VEHICLE HAD TO Be RE INSPECTED NUMEROUS TIMES by myself and Mr. Ray Hyde FOR THINGS THAT WERE MISSING OR INCOMPLETE SUCH AS missing AC recharge caps, lighting relays, TIGHTENING loose BOLTS OR RECONNECTING fog LIGHTS. There was also water in the oil at some point during the repair so the engine had to be flushed out and go through
another her oil change.

I actually had two vehicles fixed by Ray Hyde. Long story short, my wife crashed our vehicles into each other. Both vehicles look great.
