Communication and customer service was almost non existent. I would have been fine with the delays (even thought the delays cost me almost $900 out of pocket on additional rental car fees) if people would have just done what they said they would. Call me back, communicate, tell me what’s going on. Every time I called the only answer I was received is it will be ready next week (4 times, 4 weeks). Then when I finally did get my car back the work was shotty, and some things weren’t done at all. Then another 6 weeks in NO communication before I finally got my car back in to correct the mistakes and complete the work.
Communication with your customers can go a long way.

I have to bring m vechile back about three or four times for my smart trunk that wasn’t working,because the wrong truck was ordered,then I brought it back again because of rain dripping in the truck and then left foot prints in the trunk of the car, It was said that they did a four wheel alignment ???????????because it’s still pushing

I am still waiting on a washer fluid container. When I picked my car up they told me they had over looked it and would be ordering it and would call me when it came in and I could come by and they would put it in. I have not heard anything.

As a result of a previous repair, we’d had issues with our interior lights. While this ended up being a simple fix, our car was kept for over a week without anyone contacting us as to its condition. In the process, the lights were left on inside the car, causing the battery to completely die. One light was completely burned out, which they didn’t repair. When contacted as to the dead battery, the office told me that the battery was probably already dead and that it wasn’t their problem. I was also told that the battery was due to cold weather (it’d been in the 90s). After making no attempt to help us in any way, the office cemented the fact that we will not use their services again.

for years. Never again. A repair that I was told would take 10 days ended up taking over 2 months because everything from everything from the original estimate being miscalculated to parts not getting ordered was botched. An absolutely horrible experience with a company I once held in high regard.

You guys did a awesome job as far as repairs but the service wasn’t at satisfactory. I understood the parts was taking extra time to come in but keeping me updated about different situations wasn’t you guys strongest points. I was never told the truth about when the repairs was going to be finished if you would have said it's going to take a month I would have been satisfied but it was day after day and than weeks and when you told the insurance company that I had my vehicle I couldn't believe u lied so I was not happy and it was u wanted your money
