Great service. Great customer service

The repairs for the car was great. But the customer service was horrible. We took our enterprise rental back and we're told that we needed an inspection done before giving the car back. We left some of our belongings in the vechile and there was a lady that was in a rush and took the same vechile. The lady said " I don't need the car clean " & rushed out with the car. Also leaving with our belongings. We saw a worker that gave us the number of the person who rented our car. We left a sunpass and also a whole wallet inside the vechile. The guy called the lady but she never answered. We didn't excessively call him either but he caught an attitude and blocked our number. We honestly just wanted our belongings back and all he said was " call the branch". He didn't even do standard procedure to inspect the car when giving back or giving it to the other lady. He didn't even do the standard clean up because if he would have then he would of cleaned the car & seen the belongings of ours & we wouldn't be going threw this problem. All we wanted was help to get our things back but it's fine because everything we had is irreplaceable but it's the consideration. I don't remember his name but he was the person who did the paper work for the rental car ,his phone number was ****-****-xxxx. It just shows that people don't really care after they have taken your money.

The Lehman, Geico, and Enterprise staff worked seamlessly to get her in the most professional manner possible. I could not have asked for a better experience.

They messed up the interior carpet with dirty feet & did not organize the stuff in my trunk as neat as they found it. The dirty mat they left in my car was disgusting. You can't treat a Mercedes-Benz like a Ford!!!! I won't use them to fix my car again. I don't tolerate sloppiness.
