A very pleasant and accomodating experience. The whole setup for collision repair is really innovative ... I like being able to have the estimate, repair, car rental and A+ customer service all in one area. The process is really streamlined, efficient and it really blew me away. The text and e-mail updates were just icing on the cake! Thanks a million and keep up the great work!
