I recently had my car hit, and Accurate Auto Body made the entire process so much easier. Even though my vehicle ended up being a total loss, they provided clear steps throughout the whole experience, guiding me through everything. They took care of all the details, which gave me peace of mind and made a stressful situation much more manageable. I appreciated their professionalism and communication every step of the way. You charge surcharge for using credit card to pay the balance is ridiculous.. didn’t disclose this in the beginning. I don’t understand how the company is not willing to pay for credit card charges when most restaurants does. And the cost here is not like buying groceries. This is petty and should. Not pass the cost down to your customer. This is regular cost of doing business.

From the first phone call to the day I picked up my vehicle, the staff at Accurate auto body were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Randy White made the experience less stressful. He worked with my insurance company during the repair process to ensure they would cover everything and always kept me in the loop. He did an amazing job on my car as well. I would always trust Accurate Auto body should I ever need car repair in the future.

Excellent communication - far beyond expectations and any past experience. Repair was perfect, on time, and car came back much cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. It was my first time having repairs on a tesla and the service advisor was very upfront about the costs I might incur, which I much appreciated. Definitely the top repair experience I’ve had to date (and I’ve had my fair share).

Repair took quite a bit longer than expected, but it was explained this was due to insurance. Issue with TPMS sensor on wheel that was replaced as part of repair required that I bring the car back a couple times, which was inconvenient, but ultimately the issue was resolved. Randy was very helpful and made sure everything was satisfactory in the end.

Your workmanship is excellent. Even my neighbor looked at the repair and said it was great. You did say it would take 3 weeks but it took 4. Probably unavoidable when needing some more parts not noticed on the first estimate. Now worries though since the insurance covered Enterprise another week. THANK YOU FOR YOUR WORK.

The workmanship appears flawless. The car looks and feels as it did the day we bought it. And the car is immaculate inside and out. And using Tesla manufactured parts gives us confidence it will remain solid for years to come. Randy White's help and information is greatly appreciated.
