I received no communication from Rick Case about the status of my repair after the repair estimate was complete. I had to call both Rick Case and my Insurance company the day before my estimated completion date only to find out it would be an additional week or so until completion. I should have gotten some updates from you without having to initiate contact. I will say that after i spoke with someone the day before my original completion date i did begin receiving text message updates

I have to take car back because individual that worked on car got there greasy oil prints all over my roof header permanently stained , did not notice when I picked up car . Will have to take car back tomorrow waste time and are they going to lend me a car.very disappointed

Car was there for 3 weeks for a job that was originally set for a week. Communication was poor to inform me as to delays and the reasons. I bought my car there and my wife and I both have our cars serviced there. This is the first time I have ever felt dissatisfied at Rick Case.

Other part were damage due to the workmanship of the body shop that was not reported to me up on my own vehicle inspection at the body shop premises l found these problems. The car was also dirty inside and out when I received delivery of my car.l even called the supervisor of the worker's never received a called back l will never go back to this location again.

The initial assessment of the damage covered the obvious damage on driver door but passenger door also had few small scratches and which was noted by the walk around inspection.....but not caught or marked by initial assessment.....
My complaint is the initial assessment person missed the smaller scratches now will cost me another 300 after already paying 1000.....I have had car repairs before at Lexus body shop and they were very professional in restoring my car to new after an incident.....this was like a 90% job but not 100%...quality of body shop was great, but assessment process is broken.....sincerely Gary Neel/ CEO Omni Biomedical ****-****-xxxx

I was pleasantly surprised that the damage from the accident was repaired so it looks new again. My Odyssey is only 5 months old and I was worried but I'm glad I brought it to the Collision Center. Great job!
