Absolute best repair service I have ever received ! Timely updates with regards to where they were in the repair process. They also drove me home when I dropped off my vehicle and delivered it to my house when completed. Totally unexpected and surprising. I have never experienced this level of service even from larger, national facilities!

Your process is outstanding! I really like how you keep your customers informed.

I love this shop. It's my second time using them, but they finished my car quickly and detailed it. I would use them again if I had to. Great customer service!

Able Body shop folks were great, and very easy to deal with. I truly appreciate the flexibility and the work was excellent on the truck, minus on section that had not been touched. I will send along an email to Razzman with a question in regards to the one small section. Understandably, the crew was very very busy and there was a lack of communication on the timing of a shuttle pick up. After 3 phone callls (2 msgs and one connected), I was picked up apx an hour after the phone call (I live only 5 min. from shop). Had there been a more clear understanding of timeline , my experience would have been perfect.

Big shout out for a job well done. The bumber looks great. And i even brought in my car filthy and you guys washed it. Did not expect that. You also vacuumed the driver and passenger side of the vehicle with a great fragance. So i ever need any work done in the future i know where to. Thank you so much.

I had no issues once my car was in the shop, but in the over 2 months I waited for parts I was told I would be contacted every week to update me on what parts had arrived and what we were waiting on. I had to call every other week to find out what was going on and never not even once received a call. Every time I called Rasmine, the receptionist, said she would contact me, never did. After I was told the last of the parts would be there on march 1st, I called that morning, she said she would call after noon if the parts were there. Never received a call, so on Wednesday March 3rd I called and she said the parts had been waiting for me... After I finally dropped off the car I was told I would receive calls updating me on the car and would receive another call when it was done. Only time I ever heard from the shop was from the automated text messages and when I called to scheduled a pick up. So basically only issue I had was your awful receptionist Rasmine. I would use your body shop again, if she's gone. Otherwise probably going somewhere else. Paint looks great though. Geoff did a great job with my car. Still, Rasmine ruined the experience
